Full-gut renovation of a vacant 1930s brick colonial at 17540 Keeler St in Detroit's Grandmont Subdivision, delivered under the Detroit Land Bank Authority's Rehabbed & Ready program and featured on PBS's This Old House. Our founder served on the Detroit contractor team that rebuilt the home in roughly four months — new plumbing, electrical, mechanicals, kitchen, and baths — returning it to an owner-occupant and helping stabilize neighborhood home values.
